I try to steer clear of politics on this site, mainly due to the fact that the entire purpose of Blastercase is to discuss music……..New music, old music, good music, bad music, (ok, not really bad music)……but I just wanted to write a little piece on some stuff I observed the other day. So, please forgive and bare with…..Last week the President held a conference of with many of the countries top mayors attending….I imagine to discuss really important things, as well as eat really expensive dinners in Washington. Well my Mayor, she kinda pissed off the President a while back because she stole a bunch of gift cards from a bunch of needy kids, and got herself uninvited to the meeting. The very same day that this story should have made front page news in bmore, the city police force makes the largest drug bust in its history, totally pushing the mayoral snub thing to page two…hmm…interesting…..I don’t really know what I’m trying to say, but I just thought that was very coincidental….Probably nothing, just paranoia, too much coffee…Enjoy this Morsy track, I know it helped me feel more comfortable with my local government.
