I got this mixtape a while back, but haven’t had a chance to post it up. It’s from bmore party starters Claire Hux, and it’s filled with plenty of ass shakers to rock with over the weekend. They’ve got a bunch of shows lined up this summer, mostly here in the city, but a couple up in NYC and Pennsylvania. I’ll be checking them out over the Windup Space during Friday of Artscape. It’s very cool that the Artscape people didn’t abandon the DJ Culture Stage entirely, and Wind Up’s my new favorite venue in Baltimore. Don’t miss Saturday’s performances either, my boy James Nasty will be holding it down with Andrew Jaye as the 1.21 Jiggawatt Sound System.
