For the first time in a minute I’m actually on top of my shit…Our pal up in NYC, Alan Wilkis dropped this gem of a remix from Yeasayer a couple minutes ago over the twitter, and I must say that he’s once again done a steller job with his production work.  I like Alan for a bunch of reason (a) he regular sends out entertaining tweets, (b) he always hooks it up with the “follow friday”, and (c) dude always seems to make great fucking tunes.  Its always a huge risk re-harmonizing a track, but Alan nailed this one, giving a great original song a truly interesting rework.  Head over to dudes site for more info on how he put together the track…or maybe sail him a comment or two about what you think.  Musicians and bloggers love comments.  Big ups!
